Summary: We collect account, usage, and content data to operate and secure the Service. We do not use your identifiable content to train foundation models unless you opt in. You can exercise privacy rights as applicable.

1) Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact Data: email, name (if provided), organization (optional).

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address; timestamps; pages/endpoints; performance metrics; crash/diagnostic logs; device/browser details; cookies/SDK identifiers.

  • Content Data: prompts, uploads, files, and AI outputs you generate, plus related metadata (timestamps, feature flags).

  • Derived/Analytics Data: de-identified or aggregated metrics for reliability, safety, and capacity planning.

  • SSO Data: limited data from Google SSO (e.g., email, profile basics) per your permissions.

2) How We Use Information

  • Operate and secure the Service (authentication, fraud/abuse prevention).

  • Provide, maintain, and improve features, quality, safety; debug and develop.

  • Communicate about updates, security, or policy changes.

  • Comply with law; enforce terms; protect users, rights, and the public.

3) AI Content Processing & Model Training

We process Your Content to generate outputs and for quality, safety, reliability, and security.
Training: We do not use your identifiable content to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in or sign a separate agreement. We may use aggregated/de-identified information to improve performance, reliability, and safety signals.

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include Contract (to provide Service), Legitimate Interests (security, improvement, anti-abuse), Consent (where required, e.g., cookies or optional training), and Legal Obligation (compliance).

5) Sharing & Disclosure

We share data with:

  • Service Providers/Sub-processors under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, AI inference, analytics, logging, email delivery, security).

  • Affiliates consistent with this Policy.

  • Legal/Safety: where required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with mergers, financing, or acquisitions.

6) International Transfers

The Service is for 18+ and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
